I was there for a business trip and found the breakfast to be a highlight, especially the local dishes. The gym being open 24/7 was a plus for early morning workouts. I also liked the comfortable bed and the well-functioning air conditioning, which was crucial given the warm weather. However, I did notice some areas around the hotel could use minor improvements.

During my stay, I experienced numerous frustrating incidents. The noise from the live band outside kept me awake upon check-in, despite asking for a room change. Moreover, I found a larva in my breakfast, and although I complained, the lack of follow-up from the management was disappointing.

The deluxe double room offered a stunning view, though the lack of a bidet in the bathroom was disappointing. Breakfast had a good variety, making mornings enjoyable.

I enjoyed the excellent breakfast selection! The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff exhibited friendliness that truly enhanced my experience, making me feel welcomed right from the start.

The air conditioning in my room struggled a bit.

The Deluxe Double Room offered spacious comfort and an incredible view. A standout feature was the breakfast, especially the pancakes, adding a delightful start to each day. Access to shopping and restaurants via the fifth-floor bridge was a major convenience, though some amenities felt limited during my stay. Minor maintenance issues in the room were a slight drawback, yet the accommodating staff made the experience positive overall.

The stay at Seda was exceptional, with a welcoming and attentive staff that optimized our experience. Breakfast choices were impressive, featuring local favorites like sikwati, puto maya, and danggit. The property was clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location in the heart of IT Park provides easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, like really, going out of their way to help us. I loved the breakfast buffet, everything you could possibly want was there!
